The value of a family session is so much more than an amount of money you spend. Full sessions are uniquely you and designed with your family’s needs. More one-on-one time to capture children and parents in a relaxed atmosphere. Summer is a great time and not too hot in the early morning hours or in the golden hour of sunset. Next time you are thinking and planning a family session. Consider doing a full hour session. There is much more captured and no pressure to get it all done in just a few minutes. I treasure these full sessions. This family met me at the nature center in Southlake. The kids had fun twirling in the grass and taking turns doing a photo with just mom and just dad. The light and the nature makes this session so beautiful and unique.
Bluebonnet season is here and I have been scouting and scouring the best locations for my clients. I will have many spots and am eager to get started on these sessions in the next 2 weeks. I took my own kids out to a few locations one which is very tricky to walk around since it is right by a cliff and the other is private property an hour away. I have a few more that will be blooming and hopefully work well for those who are already signed up. It is going to be a great season!!
Wrapping up today’s post with a conglomerate of a lot of current photoshoots I have been working on. Starting of with February where I collaborated with A Blissful Nest, Rebekah Dempsey to do a red, white and blue good ol’ American product shoot for Yum magazine. Yum magazine has featured some of my work recently. I also recently had a #disneyside party at my house for my Travel Agency business. It was a huge success and everyone had a great time. Highlights are posted here as images. Also had a few days of Spring Blooms sessions at the Dallas Arboretum. The tulips are just so amazing and colorful this year!
